The basic concept goes much further back, but the first major nation to enact DST by fiat was Germany in 1916. WWI was milking the German home front and workforce blue, and their Almighty State found a way to steal yet more effort out of everyone. Soon Britain decided to keep up with the Johansen, and, of course, the Wilsonians in the US just had to keep up with the Joneses.
All just part of saving our democracy, you know.
In the early Q era, where I learned that the concept of ‘pedivore’ actually existed, and many of those known as ‘elites’, who tirelessly seek money, fame and power, are in fact the lowest among us, and are pedivores, I summed up my impression of their activities by saying, “They will do whatever offends God the most.” I couldn’t, and still can’t, understand any other explanation. They worship Baal and all their ‘gods’ teachings.
For me this became The Great Awakening. I’ve posted Reagan’s fantastic video, “A Time For Choosing,” and I think it is the best, most concise explanation of the need for us to choose to stand for what we believe and press tireless to hold the line, and not allow compromise to creep in.
But I think greater still is the ‘Time for Choosing’ between Good and Evil. Our society has set up idols across the nation, including a large one of Baal on display in the capitol. The public has been taught evil doesn’t exist, and yet they’re also taught that Christians are evil. The biggest Great Awakening in Q’s movement is, I believe, a call to choose sides – choose God or choose Baal/Moloch/Satan. We’ve seen where each path leads.
King Saul is the biblical figure who initially led Israel and spared them from destruction by turning them toward God. However, he later failed in his obedience to God, which ultimately led to his rejection as king. Our country turned away from God many years ago, and the recognition, or Great Awakening, of unthinkable evil in our midst has turned many back to God.
I pray our nation holds fast to God so we do not stray so far again.

Recently, I saw an informal interview with Mel Gibson about his latest movie under development. He and others in that video segment said Hollywood was a ghost town. Areas which used to team with foot traffic are empty. Gibson said the cost for him to shoot a film in Hollywood is now many times the cost of him flying the entire film crew to a foreign country (I forget which country might be Eastonia?).
I gave up watching films years ago - I couldn't look at 'those people' and enjoy the movie while wondering about their relatinoship to the Satanists, child traffickers, pedophiles etc. But I tuned in to YOUTUBE channels analysing the messaging and entertainment value of movies (both are bad and getting worse). They detail the amorality and narcissism on display, and often make comments which make me think competence is gone (hierarchy in Hollywood movie making has been decapitated.
I think all this can be explained by President Trump's EO of December 2017, which can be applied at any time without warning. The
I previously linked an AI analysis of how Trump's EO could impact Tech giants, and make social media hubs like Twitter government property. I think the legal force of the EO is the likely explanation for the vacant lots in Hollywood, and the unbearable expense of making movies there now, and the incompetence on display when they are made.
Hollywood was awash in the human rights abuses targeted in Trump's EO. One youtube channel I watch even produced a video which surfaced the CCP's explicit partnership with Hollywood, and the way the CCP impacted messaging in movies. I can't find that video now - I assume it was too politically incorrect to be permitted to remain up.
I think Trump's EO's seized the assets, payrolls, and likely took some Hollywood chess pieces off the board. I think this may have been the reason behind the strike in Hollywood in 2023 - to cover the transition.
