Here is some great information on subterranean warfare. Most of this has already happened and we are in the mop-up phase.
For the veterans, the video is enlightening into just how difficult it has been for our military. MOP 4 gear and SCBA for long periods of time in confined spaces.

I suppose not, and it may not have been this guy (ok, probably was not this guy) that they’re after to voluntarily leave. I should have been a little clearer. His leaving just brought the idea to my mind.
But with the number of high-ranking individuals in the military these days, I suspect that there are a lot that will take the option of leaving due to physical conditioning, as opposed to being “dismissed” as you call it. There are some bad eggs in there, perhaps being given a safe exit.

How did you determine that? Ht/Wt, maybe he has a waiver or taped into specs. Have you seen his PRT or whatever the squids call it. We had a SSgt who was wildly 'overweight' according to ht/wt. He also was about 3% body fat, looked like chiseled granite and his uniform looked painted on. My CO said that he wished all the guys needing a waiver looked like him.

I think I'm getting a little too optimistic here because I said, really more of a wish, that the fact that the Comer's Epstein hearing with Hillary to testify Oct 8, which was canceled with nothing new on the schedule, meant that they are going to say that, based upon advice from her attorney and the weight of the investigations (Nunes, Huber, Durham) against her, she confessed.
The US rejects the notion of show trials, like the ones rejects held re J6. I don't believe they will go through fake grand jury hearings and pretend to prosecute Hillary again. Those would be needless and allow for prolonged revolt among the last remaining rioters and lone actors.
So why not announce Hillary's arrest now, based on her confession, or before No King’s Riots instead of having two riots? The mil process is comfortably underway. Why not issue a proclamation to disperse in rioting states now and let the clock run out in 24 hours? You can see I am rushing ahead here, but its tempting to think of that 'two-birds' one stone strategy.
But I'm probably getting ahead of myself there. The public has to know Hillary and and others have been tried and expose what they have done or we risk falling into again. They could later claim to 'classify' the time period wherein she would have been tried and later release charges and all trial documents.
Overall, after thinking about threats we face, and those faced in the EU and Ukraine, paper tigers everywhere. I think 'peace' is breaking out all over because those who lived to violate it are now controlled. I think King Charles is controlled by White Hats from harming his people, but the PM is controlled by black hats.
I feel like the UK resistance would be encouraged if they took a page from the movie The Wizard of Oz and looked behind the curtain at how diminished their Deep State has become.

The meme I got didn't work - making Obama/Hillary/Chesspiece/oil painting from the French Revolution was just taking it too far!I find it interesting how well the chess concept fit. I always generalized when thinking about Q's chess game, but upon lookng more carefully, it is fitting for these two in particular.
There are a few arenas, and I think Obama dominated the administrative arena in the US - he carried out his part of the 16-year plan. I think Hillary was more ideological/organizational/Satanic pyramid power, and was friends with Lynn de Rothschild. Hillary had more pyramid power. Obama's position when President had power, but also had constraints as president.
Hillary compromised herself with Russia Gate because she pushed to be president knowing people hated her and she didn't have sufficient skills to hide her evil nature. She failed so they put Obama in for the next part of the 8 year plan. I get confused how many people controlled them. But I think Obama functioned as King. Hillary was able to 'move all over the board'. She was a rage queen the people hated.

Everything you look at hard enough has heavy metals (or name your “poison”) in it. How much is key, and what, if any, effects are there or how quickly is a body able to mitigate the effects.
The linked article conveyed facts but they played loose with quantities and interpretations. When convenient for fear it was 100,000 ppb (parts per billion) but more ambiguous and they went to ppm (parts per million).
1 ppm = 1000 ppb
0.1 ppm = 100 ppb
0.01 ppm = 10 ppb
etc...
These values -

Are bull****, primarily because they reference no regulatory standards for any nation and they give no indication of whether the substance in question is soluble or insoluble (i.e. lead in a waste stream is hazardous at 1000 or greater total ppm, but a waste stream with 5 ppm soluble lead is hazardous).
Materials/elements are generally hazardous at some level. You can democrat lick window panes all day long in relative safety but if you grind/sawcut that pane and breath the dust you can have a problem. The field is FERTILE ground for fear mongering and misinformation.
IMO - the first place to go for whether or not something is of concern is to look at the accepted levels in United States or European drinking water standards.
If a PIRG or NGO is involved with opinionating on something, be suspicious. They may be good and lofty goaled, but in the end, they derive their living from being activists and lobbying for stuff...
I did take them daily at first, but dropped to 2x per week after lab results showed elevated B12. This was after taking them daily for 2 years.
