Boosters have always had a major say in college football for more than a half century- read “the Junction Boys” on Bear Bryant’s time at TAMU....see SMU 40 years ago....and on and on and on...
Schools have made billions off these players...its just now the players are finally cashing in....
I know. It’s maddening how much big money there is out there…and always has been.

UNC added 70 new players courtesy of BB. That’s so insane. Ruins the college game more than the portal or NIL.
Mike Lombardi is the GM and is as responsible for those players...Lombardi is a bit of a dope- the running mantra in the league about Lombardi is “he never me a mirror he didn’t love”....

The QB from TCU looked pretty good. He had some nice timing passes.

The funniest part was when they showed the home team fans leaving in the middle of the THIRD quarter. Ouch!
There was so much hype about Belicheat that the tv guys didn’t know how to react to the abysmal performance of their honoree. It was worse than Arch Manning on Saturday. Bill just expected he was going to win this game. That was his first mistake.
Yeah he looked good, and there were a few players on offense that were beasts, too.
Yes. It took TCU a bit to get going, but they clearly were the better team.
