I think this is being cleaned up.
I hope it is.
Haven’t been there in years. Didn’t realize that it was this WOKE.
Burn it.
Every last scrap that perpetuates the prog lies.
.
President Trump should take a half day to go see this for himself. He would erupt and heads would roll that day.
I think this is being cleaned up.“
I hope so, the radical left hijacked it many years ago. It has been a disgraceful and america hating institution. The worst.
Needs to be nuked.
Shutter the doors until all that crap is gone. Send the bill to the DNC.
Smithsonian lost me, back
in the 90s iirc, when they had a display about the Enola Gay making the US look like the bad guys in WW II.
Fire every last one of them and start over.
L
This is why I quit going yo museims and never took my kids. Crap. And sad.
We need a purge of Democrats from all institutions.
I was just there in May. Except for the glorious star spangled banner exhibit it was insufferable. My first ed and I were in and out in less than 45 minutes
1. Who is funding all of this anti-American crap?
“The Smithsonian has two sources of funding—federal appropriations and income generated from gifts, revenue-generating activities, and investments (referred to as Smithsonian “trust funds”).”
2. Who has oversight of the Smithsonian (Museum) Institution?
“Congress delegated the authority and responsibilities of the United States to the Smithsonian Board of Regents, initially comprised of fifteen members. The Board of Regents now has seventeen members: the Chief Justice, the Vice President, three members of the Senate, three members of the House of Representatives, and nine citizen members appointed by Joint Resolution of Congress.”

Funny, I was there over the Promise Keepers weekend, and I saw two older Japanese gentlemen smile while having their picture taken with part of the Enola Gay at that exhibit.
To this day I never understood why they were so happy taking that picture.
Perhaps their ancestors lived in Tokyo and they did not die because we did not invade Japan, which was the other option.
I’ve always hated the “We didn’t cross the border.” BS quote. If you were south of the border when the border was established as a result of The Treaty or Guadalupe Hidalgo or the Gadsden Purchase, nothing crossed you. And those who found themselves to be newly American as a result of the new borders, we mostly quite happy about it.
It seems that many museums across the country now days are adopting this anti-American attitude. You can't walk into any Federally run display such as is found in U.S. Forest Service offices without seeing "Climate Change" B.S. or how mistreated the Indians were.
