In a sane world, the Democrat party would be reformulating and reorganizing. This is not a sane world. The American public is filled with the indoctrinated, and the just plain stupid. I live in the city that I grew up in. In the old days, this city was solidly Republican, well run, and envied by neighboring communities. Today, this city is fully Democrat with more than hints of communists in our midst. A Republican couldn’t be elected dog catcher in this city. I see no cracks in the new monolithic Democrat city government.
That is my frame of reference.

That is what we need to destroy. We need multiple parties, to make it harder to consolidate power in a uni-party. Musk's Freedom Party can help in that regard, but the MFP is not viable for long. The MFP seems to be formed mostly to push for more foreign workers to displace Americans.
Recall DJT’s first term. Recall the number of moles/traitors he ended up with in his staff.
Now, listen to individual Demos trying to sound like normies. There are some, just like there are some Republicans who are not Rinos. But, these sane Demos will have to have a staff — and the staff will be infested with wokies like BeijingBiden’s was. So, no matter how normal a Demo might try and sound like, everything he/she touches will be corrupted.

In addition, the Dems cheated in the census to assign number of representatives by state, they cheated in four tight senate races in 2024 and a couple in 2022. They tossed us Trump for four years but will be back.
The catch was: they didn’t believe in “social justice” or “diversity, equity, and inclusion.”

Good article but I do think there are lots of true believers on the left. They are driven by sincere moral passion, as wrongheaded as they are.

They are no longer concerned with policy or sounding like they believe in anything connected to this earth.
They have turned their focus solely and completely onto rigging their way to power. Absolute power is “our democracy” which is their democracy. In their democracy, they are in charge and you obey.
They thought they had it rigged. The game was over. Oops. That is why they are going apoplectic at Trump re-doing the census and Texas re-districting.
Coming into the 21st century, our country was beset by looming decline. Our industrial base was going, going, gone, and with it millions of well-paying blue-collar jobs, the Democratic Party base. It was replaced by a so-called “financialized economy,” which was sanitized language for sets of swindles and frauds allowed to operate in the de-regulated banking system, in concert with the politicized Federal Reserve and crooked Congressional interests — you notice how many politicians paid $175-K a year somehow acquired multi-million-dollar fortunes?
Per the Agenda 21, which GHWB signed in 1994, but there is a bigger picture than that, which comes back to organizing principles.
It's interesting that Mr. Kunstler cites the race hustle without including the GLBTQ+ sex hustle, which is far broader and has far more serious long-term cultural consequences that will be much harder to reverse.

There are some on the left that have openly admitted that the “Green Energy” scam was never about climate change. It was always about gaining control of the means of production.
