Sable Antelope meat can be harvested and is considered a delicacy in some regions.

My cousin is a prolific pistol hunter who has been to Africa numerous times. What people don’t realize is these hunts often FUND the nearby villages. His group paid $40,000.00 to hunt PREY animals. For the ignorant, PREY animals breed prolifically - meaning there are PLENTY of them. Anyway, that ONE hunt funded the community needs of that village for a year. The villagers asked only ONE question. “WHEN are you coming back?”
