How does one become a LICENSED hit-and-run Lexus driver? Is it just a written exam or is a road test required. “OK, make a rolling stop at the sign, take a left and hit the guy in the blue shirt; just the blue shirt guy. BUMP BUMP. Great, now speed along for 4 blocks.”

It sounds very specific. You can become a licensed hit-and-run Lexus driver, but you need to get a different license for each make and model of car.
