I respectfully disagree.

IMHO it's due to the majority of young men in that demographic being raised without a father, boys naturally resort to violence and generally only a father can teach restraint and when it is appropriate to physically defend yourself.

I’ve really come around to believing the theory that the Bible’s “mark of Cain” referred to black skin. Their history certainly seems to mirror the curse that God placed on Cain and his descendants, and of course his sin was being inherently violent, resentful, and murdering his brother.

All of Cain's descendants were wiped out in the flood.

That’s it. Giving more money to schools certainly isn’t going to help the situation. Nor are more government programs, reparations, or any other claptrap leftist solutions. Only having the will and the guts to enforce existing laws will help. Not enough prisons? Then build more. And run them Arpaio and Bukele style.
