I used to listen to a Christian radio station in the 90’s and early 2000’s that had a man reading the Bible. Is this him?

I think it was smart on their part to presume many KJV appreciation readers will be purist in every sense including about background music :).

I don’t know if it was Suchet. Note that the BibleGateway link includes links to others’ recordings - it could be one of them, too. :D

Why does one need another to read the Bible for him? It's called multi-tasking. One can extract more value out of their time.
Reading while driving is really not a safe practice.
Reading while mowing the lawn is really difficult.
Reading while doing the dishes gets the pages all wet.
Reading while tinkering in the shop; means no tinkering.
..... you get the picture.

It Heals you. It Delivers you. It Strengthens you. The Word—JESUS, tells you, you’re not alone.
Recently Tom Hanks produced that Apple movie "Greyhound." It focuses on a commander of an Atlantic Naval escort during early WWII. In the brief seconds prior to battling with a wolf-pack, he reminds himself:
"In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths."
C. F. Forrester's novel scatters a few other poignant verses but this one was just what I needed to hear and appreciate Hanks for including it.
