Once you understand that our bodies were built to be cavemen, it totally changes the way you look at eating.

In the UK you will eat bugs and fight for the privilege of thanking your local UKommisar.
Or else.

“This is what you get with government run healthcare.“
Government runs the food industry - the US Department of Agriculture tells us what to eat. The Food and Drug administration tells us what to eat. The government runs healthcare - Medicare sets all standards for hospital systems as well has medical insurance
People want to pretend the govt isn’t in charge but they are. Bobby K is doing a good job rooting out unhealthy substances but watch him. He’s a democrat. I like him a lot. What he’s uncovering and even his motives. His solutions just watch that.

If they want to end obesity, then just sell Carnivore foods.
Oh, never mind, the EU is in the process of outlawing meat, in order to meet Net Zero.

They compensated by slapping ied eggs or Heinz beans on every plate and then drenching it with gravy, salad cream, or odious brown sauce.

We have an Aldi’s here. I go there rarely. My oldest son recommended their Deutsche Küche Schnitzel that comes frozen in chicken and pork. They don’t always have it. I don’t eat it, but I bought some for my youngest son, and he says both are good. I also found a Loaded Baked Potato soup in the frozen section. It’s pretty good. The problem is that they don’t carry this stuff all the time. I’ve bought some of the Appleton’s Hickory Smoked thick bacon, and Appleton’s Black Forest Bacon. They’re pretty good.

Nope! Too many carbs. Cut carbs below 30G/day, eat no more than twice a day, and the fat WILL come off.
We didn’t have too many “fat genes” in the 1960s...

The problem is that they need to be full width mirrors too.
