The very same mining/tunneling equipment which built the site can easily be used to clean it out. The job is easier this time than previously -- it started with solid rock and is now filled with rubble.

I expect that the craters are also full of rubble, so they will slowly empty into the chambers below, but it is all fairly easy to remove.

Centrifuges will be replaced with upgraded ones. The big question is how much of the partially enriched uranium can be recovered and enriched to a higher degree? And, how do we stop this?
