Of course; I wrote about that in an earlier comment! :-)

I wish that that T.V. series was on YouTube; it was really well done!

EXCALIBUR is my all time favorite Arthurian legend film and I've seen them ALL! :-)

And THE WAR LORD, starring Charlton Heston bring in jus primus noctus/droit du seignrur, as well as ancient pagan "sacred" rivers, ponds, and trees.

SPOT ON...re the WALLACE stuff; BRAVA!

LOL...you and I are on the same page; this is SO much fun! :-)

You need to watch the videos that THE RESURRECTIONIST has on YouTube! She's brilliant and does many a very DEEP DIVE into fairy tales, nursery rhymes and folklore! I thought that I knew all there was on this stuff ( I certainly have a LOT of books on it all! ), but I've learned SO much from her! She's a Brit, BTW.

My precious Watkins The Old Straight Track even survived.

It’s a little rougher than it was before but still have it.

We had some great used bookstores locally and I’d go drag home heavy books on megalithic cultures, standing stones and dozens of variations of what people once thought them to be.

Just the photos alone in them are precious to me.

Bette gnawed the scenery in the most gloriously creepy way.

Did you score TWM soundtrack by chance?

I loved the songs and for longest time people said the band was called Lodestone but then eventually it said it actually Paul Giovani and the band Magnet.

/never take the room next Willow’s room. She’s a noisy bint.

😁

My dvd collection survived too.
Tons of that stuff.

I’m still looking for my copies of The Once And Future King and Le Morte d’Arthur.

Found all my Celtic history and myth books intact.

I am of the mind that Arthur was more of an atavistic/collective memory than flesh and blood man.

*Or* a man who embodied them.

I had two bonded red Dobes, Arthur and Merlin and two Sunset Boas named Uther and Igrayne.

It’s possible I might be really into this stuff.

(Nicol’s Merlin was the best EVER)

I will look it up!

Thank you.

I sit and watch 3 hour videos on Celtic history when I get bored of The Walking Dead non stop.

😄
