Team Trump isn’t serious unless they’re systematically running through landscapers, hotel housekeepers, grape pickers, dairy farm workers, meat-packing plants, restaurant dishcleaning, etc., etc.

I guess things have changed in the past 45 years. There was a time when a civilian was assumed innocent. That's an understatement!
Have you ever been strip-searched at the airport? As a "routine security measure?"

Didn’t know about that one. The other was just a dude on the same road.

I worked with guy from El Paso, and he told me that there is (was?) this badly designed turn off to Mexico and there was no way to turn around. You had to make the U turn in Mexico!
So quite a lot of people ended up unwillingly in Mexico!
Probably several ended up in Mexican jail!!!
My info is like 10 years old, maybe they fixed it?!

No, I haven't. I retired over ten years ago and haven't flown in about thirteen years. I have driven by the main gate at Dobbins Air Reserve Base numerous times on Highway 41, since it is only 2.78 miles from my house as the crow flies.
Now that I think about, I remember learning that bases and posts installed barriers to stop car bombers from getting a straight path to breach their gates. I guess that came with a change of protocols.
