IIRC, about 60% of Disney’s revenue comes from its parks. Disney needs money to make up for the losses it’s incurring from making woke, crap movies.

Of course you're correct. And about 2/3 of their operating profit comes from the parks and cruises. ABC-TV is a lost cause - 3 or 4 years ago, they could have off-loaded it for some money, but now it is worth bupkis, zero, nada, null.

I have a long, long history with Disney - read Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse comics as a kid and still have some of them. The nature movies, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Shaggy Dog, and so on.

It truly breaks my heart to watch them pollute Walt's brand that he spent a lifetime building.
