I get it. My self-directed 401k manager, Moran-Stanley- was lead on an IPO for Facebook and I was on the phone with them and couldn’t pull the trigger.
I had stock in a “tip of the spear” VOIP company - late 1999s,early 2000s = Mpower - where I made a ton of money initially. They come out of bankruptcy, where the common stock retained value(unheard of) - a penny a share.
I had 15k ready to go and I couldn’t pull the trigger...company sold and the stock had reached a buck a share by that time.

The great irony of this is that jobs would shower those in this age group if there wasn’t fear that the hiring entity wasn’t at risk for taking care of a vegetable or otherwise on the hook if the applicant stroked out or “threw a rod” 3 months after hiring. If society and the government hadn’t mutually allowed the destruction and corruption of the medical establishment over the last 50 some odd years and people could actually contract amongst each other in confidence the “That dude’s old but he knows shit and can make neat stuff” aspect of age would carry the day far more often...

On another note, it’s always been my understanding that autopsies are performed by pathologists, not funeral directors.
Regardless, a person becomes more thankful every day for not taking the experimental gene-therapy injections or having anything to do with that whole scam.

Haven't watched this video yet but have read the book named The Fourth Turning so this should be an interesting one. The book explains that humanity has four seasons as nature does, the fourth season is winter and that is when we have major wars, Then if we survive that we have reconstruction which is spring and start the cycle all over again. It's an 80 year cycle.
