Nothing is keeping DOJ and the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) from releasing Elias under the pardon except subversion in DOJ. With no action by noon today, Elias will spend another weekend unlawfully held by the DOJ/BOP. Total lack of adherence to the pardon that DOJ wrote applies. It directs release.

So why are these "leaders" of the community rushing to save MS13 goons? One simple reason: they are helping like minded people who are just like them.
