The other part is the Democrats are using a tactical strategy to shut down and delay the Trump Administration’s agenda using law fare to tie it up. All these lawsuits are frivolous and will certainly be shut on appeal to the higher courts but they take time.
Of course, The Trump Team new that this would happen and it's the Trump Administration’s strategic strategy to tie up the Democrats up in litigation to drain their financial and human resources
The Supreme Court seems to be taking the unusual strategy of letting this process play out in the court of public opinion.
The American public is being given the chance to accept or reject the Trump Agenda or stick with the Obama/Biden status quo.
