Obviously a steroid user. Heart attacks at a young age are common with them.
Sounds like a blood clot.
It would seem to me that the cause was "running on a treadmill".

I had 5 clots in my leg about a year or so ago after a bout with COVID. I was on Eliquis for a couple months. I had three COVID shots at the beginning but none since and have had verified COVID three times after the shots and I can say my first bout was like a cold but #2 & #3 were worse.
I got the leg clots after #3 and they were painful. My doctor & I visited about it & he pointed out clots are fairly common after a virus infection including the common cold plus I went from walking 4-5 miles a day to being a couch potato could have factored into my getting the clots.
The Vaxx causes increased clotting, it is a permanent feature of it, not a SE.
