Since the women came from Boston and alcohol was involved, the first guess would have been names like Murphy, O'Toole, and Harrigan. Boston has obviously changed a lot.

Everyone having fun remember they could be Christian Arab descended which most are or were until recently in America and they tended to vote like us and were devout catholic or orthodox as a rule
Mississippi where I grew up had plenty and they were fine people
Their pics and going to Belize in girl group hardly seems like fundie muzz
Id bet money on some cartel goof over the border in Chetumal distributes stuff in Belize for tourist trade
It could have even been hot gummies
Or could have been told it was Xanax
Given Belize thrives off tourism I imagine they will try to find out

There are so many beautiful places in the United States - beaches, mountains, etc. Why go to a second- or third-world country?
Maybe to save a buck, or for a sense of adventure, I guess.
