The article says that the BFBS article uses "open-source investigative project Oryx" which is a small cosortium in the Netherlands, and the British " International Institute for Strategic Studies." The article mentions "Russian mil-bloggers" without saying which.

What is interesting, as one reads the entire article is its last sentences:

Such an amusing article, because throughout it President Trump does not say he will be there. This is one of those wonderful British "yes-no-yes-no-maybe" articles which mark tabloids.
