I see your point but there are 14 year olds and 14 year olds. 18 makes sense to me for the age of majority.

I did not see the stupid video but he was probably told he’d get high. I took drugs from total strangers repeatedly at that age. A total idiot! as an adult I have been a high functioning and productive person with five solid adult kids and etc, statistically speaking although I was colossally stupid in my teens and way too trusting especially of men - easily manipulated and did not feel mortal - I am not one that needed wiping from any gene pool. Teens are inconsistent and can be very foolhardy.
