Milk is one of main drinks.
I mix some kefir in most of the time recently.

As long as it’s a Type A2 casein milk.

I’ll add it to the eight glasses of water and three glasses of green tea.

By my habit of only drinking milk, chilled black tea, concord
grape juice or water, I should live forever, heh.
I rarely drink alcohol.
To: ConservativeMind
Not low-fat or water (I mean skim milk). Full fat milk only.

Daily Mail has an article about why colon cancers are striking so many young people under 30:
The study found three risk factors were strongly associated with colon cancer: heavy alcohol use, being obese, and not consuming enough calcium.
I suspect other factors are being sedentary and diets consisting mostly of ultra processed food.

Well, too bad the study concentrated on the lactose as the beneficial ingredient. I eat lots of cheese and yogurt which has changed the lactose but lactic acid.

I love milk, have been drinking it for six decades.
Noticed the younger generations are into almond, cashew and macadamia “milk” and not regular milk.
Just got my colon cancer screening back (I’m in a high risk category) and it was clean. Maybe due to all the milk.

They used to say that about smoking.
When the wheel turns again, will we find out that milk causes cancer?

Actually, you can feed bacteria soluble fiber and get the same benefit described.

You must buy your milk at Braum’s; it’s all A2, now. That’s where we buy ours, though I wish the price would come down.
To: ConservativeMind
So I got that going for me….

You must buy your milk at Braum’s; it’s all A2, now. Nope, it's available in our usual supermarkets in Silicon Valley.
I wish the price would come down.
It will. GMO technology has developed an A2 Casein Holstein, which for reasons still unknown switched to A1 8,000 years ago.

* Daily glass of milk -17%
* Daily ounce of alcohol +15%
* Daily ounce of red meat +8%
Add it all up and it spells N-E-U-R-O-S-E-S.
