Go the El Salvadorian route and build as much Supermax-type jail space as it takes. Throw the gangs in there for life. Lather rinse repeat as often as necessary for as long as it takes.

I don’t know if the law is still the same but in the mid 70’s when I was in Jamaica on vacay you could get 10 years in prison if you got caught with a bullet. They hack each other to death with machetes.

Haiti needs to have the scab ripped off. It would hurt but I think that’s the only way to make it better.

Go in and be kind of be Genghis Khan like ….slaughter several hundred thousand gang members, warlords, criminals and henchmen. stack the bodies.

Why? Much better option is just pull everything out and leave them alone. 1-2 generations, at most, and there'll be no one left and we can just merge the island into a single country.
