The FBI just conducted a call with House and Senate Homeland Security Committees, which had three big takeaways:
1 - Shamsud Din Jabbar was inspired by ISIS, but not directed by them.
2 - There was zero intel on Jabbar before the attack.
3 - They now believe he acted alone.
