She should get whatever punishment he was going to.
To: conservative98
Yes. Bearing false witness should carry the same punishment as the underlying crime.

Good push back...a lot of men are sexually aggressive toward woman....now being interpreted as “rape”...I think that nowadays even looking at a woman with a suggestive look could be interpreted as “rape”..especially if the man is rich and famous...new cottage industry....time for punishment for false accusations...difficult to prove innocence given the track record of so many men...
Bring back chaperoned dating....

Either that or she should be made to be looking over her shoulder for the rest of her life.

Yes. And her assets should be liquidated and the proceeds given to the man.

Proven false, yes. But innocent because not proven guilty is something else.

No, it’s not.
Either the evidence proves guilt or the person is innocent.
None of this 15 years later nonsense. As a loving wife and mother of sons, I would be livid if anyone tried to ruin them with salacious lies.

Yes
And rape accusers should be NAMED

But we can’t send to jail anyone who offers evidence against someone who isn’t convicted.
To: FLT-bird
Until false accusations are punishable by the same sentencing as the actual crime the false accusations will continue. Additionally, conviction of the crime of ‘false accusations’ should be considered as prima faci evidence in a civil suit against the perpetrator.

Case is still being appealed and they are awaiting a ruling. Trump’s attorney says she will not receive a dime. Libtard websites are now reporting Trump will go after her.

There needs to be a statute of limitations, where the victim needs to make a police report within a short time afterwards.

Ah, I see where you are going.
Let’s say I make up a story about a guy and share it with friends.
A few years later, I’m looking for a pay day and lob false allegations against him.
I bring in my friend as a contemporaneous witness.
She, in good faith, shares the story not knowing it was a big fat lie.
Is she guilty? In that case, no. She was sharing what was conveyed to her.
Should I go to jail for the big fat lie? Heck, yes!
