But having watched the video the cops did just fine.

Sucks when government enables the behavior and then flips the switch and begins to reestablish law and order. The low hanging fruit soon discover that it is not business as usual. California just reversed its stupid shop lifting law get out of jail free card law and many will soon discover there is a new Sheriff in town.
