LOL...did you see the dude in the suit and tie throwing “punches” at the end of the video next to the guard.
Lets just say, “he didn’t have good form”
On the other hand, a recent case also from Sin City...
Teen found unfit for trial in recorded killing of Las Vegas bicyclist
he did a pretty spectacular leap over the judges desk and beat the shit out of her
He FLEW THRU THE AIR!!!
What ELSE would you call that?? Geesh.
I remember such an attack in the past. The bailiff had to beat down a teen who tried that. The judge also started carrying a revolver under his robes.
Bullsh*t. Legal tyrants get special treatment from the legal system.
Had he done the same thing to an ordinary citizen, he would not be charged with "attempted murder."
Wasn't our constitution intended to prevent a special class, like an aristocracy? Whatever happened to "all men are created equal"?
I remember seeing some judge being interviewed by 60 Minutes or a similar show that discussed him being an armed judge during court. They showed him at the bench in his seat with a pistol in a drawer that was open during proceedings. If this guy had tried to attack that judge, he would be pushing up daisies.
If you recall, he was a career offender who had been given suspended sentences and had never been held responsible for his actions. The judge decided that this time, he was going to actually pay a price for his crimes, so she sentenced him to actual prison. He didn’t like that idea, so he attacked her. She was doing the right thing, in this case. The sentence he received for attacking her seems harsh, but that’s not her action. I understand how people feel about crooked judges, but in her case, she did the right thing. Charging him with attempted murder is ridiculous. Aggravated assault and battery, but not attempted murder. He may or may not get relief on appeal.
Oh wow...I see you have footage of the incident from a different angle!
She did the right thing, but her being one of the prior judges that gave him suspended sentences, maybe she should have been looking out for the public interest before this happened. She’s like the DC prosecutor who was letting carjacking criminals go free.....until it happened to him, than its prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
Frick’n tired of these people.
