"Accidently". Sure. My teachers would have done it if they had thought of it. Better than some of the cafeteria food.

Kinda sorta off topic ... as a child in the 1960s I remember sampling some of our dog food/treats ... the commercials were so appealing, specifically Gaines Burgers and Milk Bone dog biscuits.
I also remember Ken'L Rations and Purina Chuckwagon ... no, I did not eat the canned stuff.

I can’t believe that they actually found a teacher they considered too dumb to keep their job, or too spiteful?

leading to at least one child getting sent to the hospital. I'd imagine a dog treat wouldn't taste great but I'm struggling to see how eating one could lead to a kid getting hospitalized.
