The very large corporation where I worked had many Indians there. None of them were very hard workers.

I really enjoyed my work. 50-60 hours a week. Sunday was for football or afternoon naps.
40-49 hours was time and a half and anything over 49 was double time. Bosses were asses and I was in it for the money. Loved the customers as they were more real.

As for those that only want to put in 40-more power to them. The problem is government mandated 40 hour work weeks that make employers never allow for unpaid time off. They still have to pay benefits.

Germany. 4 weeks off and we subsidize it with our NATO commitments.
