I would have the lawyer’s fees for the J6 defendants paid by the government employees who participated, including the rouge judges.

FBI will have audio tapes of Pelosi and the Capital Police. I think those would be helpful starting maybe a few days before the J6 frameup.

- Eric Adams prosecution. As I have written in several previous posts on this subject, the Adams prosecution is about relatively minor conduct, none of it involving any federal office.

Are the supposed crimes more or less severe than a book keeping entry? New York knows.

“Both houses of Congress look like they will be supportive.”

Say what...did 35+ senators and 150+ house members all of sudden flip away from GOPe/uniparty/deep state stuff? It is said that your past always follows you around, it would behoove these people to remember the recent past, like Obamacare, crazy spending and piling on the debt for example.

Immediately begin work on defining required procedures for federal elections. Maybe even pursue a Constitutional amendment to prevent states from using the 10th amendment to block implementation of those procedures.

Psst. Autocorrect is a tyrant.

Not rouge (sic) judges, but rather rogue judges.

We regret the error.

With regard to the Attorney General — I’m now listening to WMAL and Joe DiGenova’s Monday morning 7 a.m. regular radio interview where he indicated he would serve if called, presumably as the AG. Joe is now getting long in the teeth, but he is an Italian and still with lots of vim and vigor and fire in his belly. He knows the DOJ like the back of his hand and along with his wife, Victoria Toensing, they are both once proud former DOJ attorneys. Trust me, he would clean the DOJ house immediately.

Sorry, I was rushing because the dogs were outside and barking to be let in. Too early to be barking with neighbors and all that.

Investigate, indict, try, convict, and sentence as many DeepStaters for giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States. This should be a slam-dunk for hundreds in the federal government.

No worries. We live in the country. In off hours here, when your dogs bark, an armed response is appropriate 👌

“Executive take over the Fed - an idea pushed by Musk”

What I favor is a blocked currency like India has. The Chinese stuff would get paid for by US dollars that would be lent to the federal government at 0% interest until the Chinese use it to pay American workers or buy American goods.

There would be no tariffs involved, so the Chinese imports would not cost American consumers more money.

The system would apply to all countries, including Mexico and Germany.

American companies would get no interest on deposits either. If they paid dividends, the American citizen shareholders would then be able to get interest via participating banks.

Remittances to foreign countries by say Mexicans would have to be in the form of American goods and services.

For an American to travel to Europe would mean arranging for a foreigner to travel here via a trip bartering agency.

The existing dollars held by foreigners would remain outside the system. These would become less valuable due to inflation. Interest payments on American debt would be paid into the system.

Quotes from the Refugee Convention:

Article 31. - Refugees unlawfully in the country of refuge

1. The Contracting States shall not impose penalties, on account of their illegal entry or presence, on refugees who, coming directly from a territory where their life or freedom was threatened in the sense of article 1, enter or are present in their territory without authorization, provided they present themselves without delay to the authorities and show good cause for their illegal entry or presence.
2. The Contracting States shall not apply to the movements of such refugees restrictions other than those which are necessary and such restrictions shall only be applied until their status in the country is regularized or they obtain admission into another country. The Contracting States shall allow such refugees a reasonable period and all the necessary facilities to obtain admission into another country.

Article 32. - Expulsion

1. The Contracting States shall not expel a refugee lawfully in their territory save on grounds of national security or public order.
2. The expulsion of such a refugee shall be only in pursuance of a decision reached in accordance with due process of law. Except where compelling reasons of national security otherwise require, the refugee shall be allowed to submit evidence to clear himself, and to appeal to and be represented for the purpose before competent authority or a person or persons specially designated by the competent authority.
3. The Contracting States shall allow such a refugee a reasonable period within which to seek legal admission into another country. The Contracting States reserve the right to apply during that period such internal measures as they may deem necessary.

Article 23 - Public relief

The Contracting States shall accord to refugees lawfully staying in their territory the same treatment with respect to public relief and assistance as is accorded to their nationals.

Article 17 - Wage-earning employment
....
2. In any case, restrictive measures imposed on aliens or the employment of aliens for the protection of the national labour market shall not be applied to a refugee...who fulfils one of the following conditions:
(a) He has completed three years’ residence in the country;
....
(c) He has one or more children possessing the nationality of the country of residence.

Article 34 - Naturalization [and getting the right to vote (and buy AR-15s)]

The Contracting States shall as far as possible facilitate the assimilation and naturalization of refugees. They shall in particular make every effort to expedite naturalization proceedings and to reduce as far as possible the charges and costs of such proceedings.

https://www.ohchr.org/en/instruments-mechanisms/instruments/convention-relating-status-refugees

Article 44 - Denunciation [getting out from under the Refugee Convention]
1. Any Contracting State may denounce this Convention at any time by a notification addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
2. Such denunciation shall take effect for the Contracting State concerned one year from the date upon which it is received by the Secretary-General of the United Nations....

NOTE: I do not trust any politician who has not called for invoking Article 44 to get the US out from under the Refugee Convention.

And my distrust extends to Trump.

The Refugee Convention must be removed from the Democratic Party toolbox by invoking Article 44.

Building a fence won’t stop the flood. They can climb over (or cut through) the fence if no border patrol agent is around, or they can yell to ask for asylum if an agent is around.

The Refugee Convention by permitting illegal entry (and entry upon any request) makes it impossible to secure the border. We need to get out from under the Refugee Convention.

“Building a wall is a red herring”

“No wall is needed to fix this situation.”

“The fundamental problem is that anyone can claim asylum with zero proof, which means all of Earth can come to America.”

Elon Musk

DEI. The DEI cancer took off and metastasized throughout the federal government during the Biden administration. Biden issued multiple Executive Orders calling for more and more DEI initiatives, for example this one on his first day in office, January 20, 2021; and this one on June 25, 2021; and this one on February 16, 2023. Trump can and should revoke these Executive Orders on day one. Equally important, the entirety of the DEI bureaucracies in every agency should be dismantled, and the personnel fired.

Clean out those not qualified for the jobs they're holding.
