Three States so far, but the Leftists will challenge to the Supreme Court, which with any luck will rule that of course you can’t count ‘votes’ that lack chain of custody received after Election Day.
Of course the Left will just ‘accidentally’ mix them in with valid ballots, and proclaim “oh well, maybe next time.”
Vote for the person that has actually worked at McDonalds, it is important!
This applies to all 50 states.

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, which is the most Conservative Appeals Court in the US just ruled that ballots MUST be received by Election Day and state laws allowing them to arrive later are preempted by federal law.
That means any state who allows their ballots to be cast AFTER Election Day is officially BREAKING FEDERAL LAW.
The 5th Circuit just made it infinitely MORE DIFFICULT for any cheating, or malfeasance planned after Election Day.
This ruling, while 4 years late could NOT have come at a MORE CRITICAL time as we are 11 days out from Election Day.
THIS IS A MASSIVE VICTORY FOR ELECTION INTEGRITY & FAIR ELECTIONS!!!
CD
WOW.....
If this does apply to all 50 state, that is amazing.
Now you cant have the dems manufacture the gap with “mail ins” from the 6th on, after they see the results of election on the 5th
Thanks.
Coffee Drinker,
Not sure if oyu saw this on FR today from Nevada.

Its from the Nevada Supreme Court and It basically goes entirely contrary to the 5th circuit ruling.
What gives?
Yes I saw that.
Laws are only as good as those who choose to follow them and the DOJ efforts to enforce.
So I predict that most of the democrat governors will ignore the ruling, because who is going to prosecute?
The republican governors will enforce it and that is a good thing.
We’re kind of at the mercy of this current leadership aka KAMALA/BIDEN
