The president runs the day-to-day operations of the government. He is like the CEO of a company. A CEO of one company cannot give orders to the employees of another company.

Justice Department to defend DEI policy that threatens to derail Boeing deal

The Justice Department is preparing to defend its use of diversity policies in choosing an independent monitor to oversee a plea agreement with Boeing Co.

So-called DEI policies - which companies use as part of an effort to create a fair workplace environment regardless of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation - have come under fire from conservatives who say the policies are actually discriminatory and disadvantage groups, particularly Whites.

is not true. In fact and practice, DEI is used to insert progressive nationalizing socialism into every branch of decision-taking.

You may own a company, but the nationalizing socialist government [aka The Swamp] makes the decisions.

And the results of DEI, are that not much gets done, other than beefing up the government institutions' arrogance, effective-ownership, power, and threats.

Ask Kamala Harris, and she will tell you about "holistic rock concertality." Or something else.
