The weekend prior to the NH Primary there is a pancake breakfast that all the politicians show up for.
In Iowa they all attend the state fair and have to eat a corn dog.

It seemed like the people in the cars at the drive through had no idea he was in there. At least the lady in the SUV with the two teenage kids in the back looked genuinely surprised to see Trump.
