America First Legal Sues 11 Biden Admin Agencies for Records on Biden Appointees Advancing Radical, Woke Agenda July 1, 2022
Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, America First Legal (“AFL”) sued the Biden Administration to uncover the political appointees installed across the federal government to advance its radical, “woke” agenda.
Last July, AFL sent FOIA requests to the Departments of Commerce, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Interior, State, Transportation, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs to shine a light on the individuals President Biden hired to run his new administration. AFL requested basic records on political appointees–which past administrations have routinely supplied–including their names, titles, positions, resumes, salaries, and ethics pledges, waivers, and agreements.
Political operatives are embedded within each federal agency to carry out the Biden agenda and each of his radical policy initiatives, including:
Holding hostage school lunch money to punish school districts that do not cater to gender fluidity in minors; Threatening medical providers with the loss of federal funding if they don’t go along with radical gender policy such as chemical castration and genital mutilation of minors;
*Creating an FBI Counterterrorism “threat tag” for parents concerned with their children’s education;
*Zealously prosecuting conservatives while showing leniency to BLM rioters; *Flagging social media posts for alleged misinformation and disinformation; *Opening the borders to unfettered illegal immigration; Discriminating against American citizens on the basis of their race and sex; *Squeezing oil and gas production in the name of climate change despite rising energy prices; *Focusing on implementing woke training across the military.
The American people deserve to know who is working behind the scenes in government to drive this radical agenda, what their qualifications are, and what conflicts of interests they might have. The release of this basic information is non-negotiable. America First Legal will continue to hold the Biden Administration accountable for its lack of transparency, and we will get answers regarding the far-left activists who have secured positions as political appointees, planted throughout the federal government.

“The Biden Administration has demonstrated its commitment to an extreme, ‘woke’ agenda that seeks to remake America with every tool at its disposal. But the departments and agencies, themselves, are not implementing these policies.

This radical agenda is being driven and executed by political appointees sprinkled across the Biden Administration. bewlo is an example of one of the cases America First is taking on,a CBS white broadcaster with excellent ratings beting fired becasue he was white:
Jeff Vaughn v. CBS Broadcasting, Inc., et al. Case Number: 2:24-cv-05570, C.D. Cal.
Problem: AFL’s client, Jeff Vaughn, is an Emmy Award-winning white male with over 30 years of experience in broadcast journalism. After eight years at CBS as one of the company’s top news anchors, he was informed that he was being terminated in six months, and a search to find his replacement had begun.
Allegedly, this decision was “not about the ratings,” as the company was apparently engaging in illegal diversity policies and quotas that discriminate against white men. Our client was replaced by a young black man who checked all the diversity requirements yet had significantly less experience.
Despite our client’s soaring ratings, CBS executives believed the company had a “white problem” and decided to solve their “problem” by removing a successful news anchor because he was not a member of their preferred demographics.
Action:
AFL filed a lawsuit on behalf of Mr. Vaughn, alleging that CBS’ termination of our client violates Title VII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
Result:
This case is currently being litigated.

Great post Bob. I asked around to a few of my friends from Kentucky to see what the problem was. They all told me the same thing,a lot of dumb people there. Those who should know better don’t do any research. Sad to see.
