I am not comforted by the too big to rig theory. If this election is allowed to go forward likely Trump will lose. 2020 has not been fixed.

Something on the order of what you mentioned might be at least a partial answer to the mail-in ballots. I don’t know what wording is used on those ballots, but maybe it should be revised to make it tougher to falsify them. Providing HEAVY penalties for any that should be proven false might be at least a partial answer. These ballots should include a name(s) of those providing the ballot for the voter also.

Also there should be laws requiring reconciliation of number of votes from voter roll data against the number of votes in the certified vote report.
