So you can still buy a house for 380,000. Why does it take so much more now to afford one, other than rise in mortgage rates? So that five different baby boomer house-scalpers could buy and flip the house for an asinine markup.

I never understood this. Were $2k in checks going to make the difference between buying a home and not?Just the tip of the iceberg. There was hundreds of billions in Covid relief program(s) fraud.
