Let me set the record . Greg and I are whistleblowers, we filed whistleblower declarations with every law enforcement agency and the House Judiciary. We work with a group who has been helping other whistleblowers for a decade. These are CRIMINAL CHARGE REFERRALS , THIS IS PROPER PROCEDURE. We can not charge anyone, we have never said we can charge anyone.
