I guess there isn't enough of a consensus to use the 25th Amendment.
They would have to adopt that rule to release FIRST which Biden’s people have already plotted to never release the gavel. THEN Chiraq ‘68 is a REAL possibilty.
But, but slow Joe got 81 million votes.
“the rules changed and now Democrats can revolt at any time”
lets use the 25th and give him a few weeks off ahead of time.
It’s a “party process”. They can set up their “club rules” any way they want.
I guess we can all stand in judgement of them. But I don’t belong to their club.
It is becoming clear that they don’t care what their own people think…why would they care what I think?
"'Loophole [??? emphasis added]' that could see Biden booted out the election race if he refuses to go"
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
Can Democratic and Republican Trump supporters imagine that all this fuss about Biden is arguably because desperate elite Democrats are fighting tooth and nail among themselves to find a way to keep control of the US Mail Service, one of the very few powers that states have actually given the federal government to dictate domestic policy?
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
In fact, consider that not only have the states never expressly constitutionally given ordinary citizen voters the specific power to elect POTUS like we have for federal lawmakers, our votes for POTUS arguably a political party deception that us ordinary citizens control who is in the Oval Office, but the Constitution's electoral vote rules say nothing about political parties or their conventions and rules.
"Article II, Section 1, Clause 2: Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector."
Excerpted from 12th Amendment (12A):
"The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate [emphasis added];--The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;--The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; ..."
And while feuding elite Democrats are now repeatedly moving the politically correct goal posts to try to retain control of the state powers and state revenues that they and RINOs continue to steal from the states, Republican unity on Trump is at least better compliant with the Constitution, thanks to Trump's G-d-fearing leadership imo.
Since the constitutionally undefined politically parties have repeatedly proven that they are enemies of the people imo, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" ALL (exceptions?) state and federal lawmakers and executives in November. Patriots need to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, new state lawmakers too, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, the new Congress supporting him to quickly finish draining the swamp.
Sounds kind of like a Coup.
