She died 4 days after her birthday.
She doesn't seem to have been related to Robert Duvall who was 18 years older.
To: Red Badger
She was excellent as Olive.

Love the old fashioned vaudeville like staging.

She passed away broke and in a trailer home.
This is untrue. She lived in a one-story ranch home on a few acres in Texas hill country. I'm familiar with the property.

That was her partner’s property.
Duvall died broke.

Popeye was the worst movie ever. My sister and I walked out of the movie when it first came out in the theater.
I saw it is now available on Pluto tv and I could not get past 20 minutes.
She was perfect for Olive Oyl as was Robin Williams for Popeye but the script, acting... just terrible.

How would you know? You said she lived in a trailer park when she clearly didn't.

I said trailer HOME, not park.

Popeye was the worst movie ever. It wasn't that bad. It had great casting - I mean, Williams, Duvall, and Ray Walston were perfect for their respective roles.
The problem was that it was a musical, when it should have been a straightforward action-adventure, with a backstory of Popeye and Bluto being in the Navy together.
There was supposed to be a reboot with Jeremy Renner as Popeye, but he almost died in that accident.
