Not yet, anyway.
My doctor said he would rather I get it from the Sun than supplements.
Most of those ads were not sunscreen, they were tanning lotions to keep the skin from drying out.
Stupid is as stupid does. You go outside and put on sunscreen and at the end of the day hey presto, no sunburn. Then you go outside at the same time as yesterday and don't put on sunscreen and at the end of the day go home red all over and in agony. Every fair haired and light skinned Swed, need heed the warning.
I’m outdoors a lot. They say 20 min a day is enough vit D, so I’m good, for a paleface.
Sunscreen is likely the cause of cancer.
Zinc Oxide works on kids, wear flippin clothes and a hat. Long loose shirts and get the legs and arms nice and brown.
“I don’t know if prevents skin cancer, but there’s no doubt in my mind that it can protest against sun burns”
since sunburn is the leading cause of skin cancer, it follows that preventing sunburn prevents skin cancer ...
i’d say this swedish article is bullshit ...
If I don’t use SPF15 or SPF30 I will turn red like an apple in an hour. Sunscreen works.

I know sunscreen works. I go to the beach as a sunscreen salesman. I offer to apply sunscreen to all the babes in bikinis. It works great.
I have a different “home remedy” I have used.
I take grape seed extract, about 3,500 mg (3.5 grams), for a day or two.
The first time I did this, the whole thing peeled off 12 days later, like it was burnt skin peeling off.
It was completely healthy skin that replaced it.
I’ve done it twice over many years.
Wow! Will add that to my regimen!
How did you find out about that?
Honestly, it was because of something else I was testing it for, for my mother-in-law. I just happened to have a very common-looking basal cell carcinoma on my shoulder blade. My wife had noted it and gave me pictures of it.
I took the grape seed extract in one afternoon and then just noted I made it through okay.
Nearly two weeks later, I reached back to the spot on my shoulder and noted this shed skin—just like a shed snake skin, in my hand. I hadn’t expected anything.
My wife told me that the spot was now gone, and showed me a picture of it. It was nowhere to be found.
At the time, I had only known of a study on colon cancer with it:

I reached out to one of the study authors after reading it and told them what had happened with my BCC with the dose I took. Some years later, he came out with this:

Amazing! I just ordered some capsules and some oil. Thanks for the tip!
