NASA and the globalists controlling Ukraine are desperate to avoid calling the Russians to rescue the astronauts stuck in space due to problems with the Boeing Starleaker.
They don't want to call Elon Musk either because he's not backing their worldwide disinformation and censorship programs.

Although it routinely carries four astronauts, the SpaceX Crew Dragon can carry up to seven astronauts. All they need to do is bring up two extra seats on the routine crew replacement flight this September.

Putin would likely trade a rescue mission for x number of military grade computer chips. Or a termination of military aid to Ukraine. He’s flexible that way.

boeing is going to be ground testing the thrusters for two weeks at white sands, then decide i guess
spacecraft is currently rates for only 45 days due to spacecraft batteries.. currently that is the limit..
