Not only that, he spent a great deal more time writing his descision or whatever it’s called, by being cute with all the ice cream references. Sounds immature and the extra time he took was also a waste of taxpayer money.
Isn’t this the place that dishes up scoops of ice cream on a marble slab, and then uses stainless steel blades to mix and stir in the ingredients on the slab? Leaving nut residue on the slab for the next customer could be deadly.

Yup! If I were pulled from the work I do to feed my family, to sit on this jury, hell would freeze before I’d vote her and her shyster dime one.
