Y'know, that IS something curious about ChatGPT and a lot of other AIs.
The default ethnicity is almost always Caucasian. I've only seen a few with Asian features but none African-derived.
It could be something that can be changed and specified, though.

"Soften the picture", "No, a little more photorealistic", "add more diverse council members", etc, etc, etc

All of these were strictly what the AI returned with when I gave it single words to work with. That's actually the second generation of Pride.
I tried the same for Lust but the AI outright refuses to do ANYTHING with that word. I had to get creative. Not perfect but it is minimalist along with the others.

XD XD nice. AI cracks me up. Why did it give the black guy googly eye? It nails the diversity though, and it’s clear who’s in charge there in that city. I guess Norman Rockwell is a bad word to AI; surprised that rendering didn’t smoke a couple servers.
