Maybe his parents or someone paid off the judge and prosecutor to get him off and that is how they did it.
I’ve done that. It makes your immune system stronger.
It used to be lawyers didn’t grandstand on pending cases. This case seems to be particularly methed up.
This is why the answer is always we can’t comment on an on-going investigation.

I seem to recall a certain prosecutor in New York recently making a whole lot of disparaging remarks about a certain defendant. Why were THOSE charges not dropped?
I don’t understand why the defendant got off just because the prosecutor made a disparaging remark. Discipline the prosecutor and instruct any jurors to ignore his remarks, but don’t punish the rest of us by refuseing to try an accusesd thug.
And in Trump’s case, there were NO victims because there were no crimes. And he is facing a century in prison. Kill a baby, meh. No big deal.
