I honestly believe they will have gotten to that jury and he will be found guilty. There will have to be an appeal but they NEED a win.
Who would they replace Biden with? They do not have a bench and to my understanding even Michelle Obama loses to Trump.
If they allow Biden to be destroyed by Trump in Nov, then the Deep State faces scorched earth to eradicate them. So do they go underground and attempt to regroup, save what they can?

There’s been a lot of talk about switching out Biden with another candidate, but that’s not an easy task. The candidate has to be likable and have a plan, there has to be a ground game, and there has to be time. The Dims are out of luck on all three. I believe the biggest albatross around their neck is Bidenomics. Unless you’re an elite, the economy stinks. Team Biden and his sycophants in the media have done all they can to convince the American people that things are in good shape, but it hasn’t worked and there isn’t time now. The pendulum of opinion takes a while to swing back to good. About all the Dims have is cheating.
It's important to understand that the Democrat Agenda and the Deep State Agenda are not the same thing. It would be much simpler for the Deep State to "flip" Trump - which is what I think the lawfare is really designed to do.
Trump has a lot to lose. If he chooses to play ball on few key IC issues, they could stand aside and let him win this Fall. His win would save his legacy and keep conservatives placated - for all most conservatives want is for the Left's agenda to go away for a while. As long as he allows the IC agenda to stay on track he can save his hotel empire from ruin. The Deep State would benefit - even if their ignorant Left Puppets would scream bloody murder for a while. They can placate their Right Puppets for a few years, before taking the next step with the 2028 winner.
