BION, they give them time to repent. Yeah.
AND they ALSO build such a strong case, that it’s a slam-dunk on conviction.
Actually know about this in a retail operation locally - if the employee steals, they document it - video, date/time stamps, item(s), retail amounts.
And they let it accrue - until it reaches felony level.
THEN they have the cops come and arrest them - AT WORK.
