And you can’t even bring a hip flask with you on a flight anymore.
Down-rite uncivilized, wot!

Years ago my mother was on a flight to London with an English Football team on board. Heavy Drinking, of course. It was years ago, because these days there are no English on English Football teams.

I survived Korea, Germany, Egypt, and Baghdad. I’ve done my fair share of imbibing. No one would ever call me a light weight, except a Brit or an Aussie. lol

Years ago my mother was on a flight to London with an English Football team on board. Heavy Drinking, of course. She said they were loud. Probably cursing and swearing. But maybe Welsh? She was glad she couldn’t understand their “English”.
They were complaining to the flight attendants. Translation: "Hey, the yank lady is drinking up all the booze! She should leave some for us!"
Maybe you should check your mother into a treatment clinic.
(heh-heh!)

Stewardess is an old term, now it’s flight attendants as there are a lot of guys filling those jobs, as my son is a flight attendant for Delta!

Either the worst or best flight ever depending on where you were seated.
