The first 10 minutes are actually all one needs to hear. God this lawyer is good. If I am ever falsly accused of anything...I'm calling this guy. He also defended Kyle Rittenhouse. Watching the thousands and thousands of comments.....pretty clear. The worse generation we have ever produced believe Mr Miu is guilty. The rest of us recognize drunk bullies when we see them and get what they deserved.
Was he Kyle Rittenhouse lawyer?
Yes. one of them. He is a beyond talented. He is gifted. The youtube comments reflect this too. I love the guy...he’s all about justice. This case is about justice. His statement....”bullies like Madsion Coen don’t get to tell us where to go”.....(She started the whole thing)
GUILTY!
Poor fellow looks as though he’s lost half his weight living this nightmare.
Godspeed to him!
A bit early to be drinking that heavily isn’t it?
I think he’s lost about 100 pounds. I think the youtube comments , well over 1000, are 99% in his favor so that’s a good sign. From what I can tell, most reasonable rationale folks can’t even believe this was brought to trial. I can’t wait to see them acquit him. His attorney is gifted....
LOL...no kiddin....
Maybe he has a blood feud with Romanians or something...
The Rittenhouse case had some great lawyers on you tube expressing their take on the trial, any idea if they are doing similar for this trial?
Oh yes, on the local channels up there, it’s being shown live with plenty of attorney commentary. Here is a pretty good commentary by some Dr. ...not sure if he’s a lawyer or what. Lots of viewers though.
I think he was spot on:

I don’t know how good they are, but I have seen folks commenting on the trial.
I have just been watching little bits of the trial. Seems clear that he is not guilty. Although I only saw bits and pieces, I never saw a clear outline and diagram of where everyone was in the river, when various actions took place, etc.
As far as I can tell he took his knife out and opened it while he was surrounded by the adult women and the boys. Pushed a woman back that had grabbed his arms previously and was in his face. After he pushed her back that is when he was grabbed by the throat, pushed down and fell in the water and then they started hitting him and holding him down.
After that he was able to get his arm free and swing his knife around trying to get free of the assault.
I have two questions.
The prosecutor says he lunged at the boys on the tubes after they showed a phone (after he said he was looking for a phone). Did they taunt him with it? Making him believe it was the lost phone? But even if he did lung at the tubes and hold onto them for a second, he then walks away looking for his googles. I don’t think the boys could claim self-defense after he walked away.
My second question - did any of the boys or women that attacked him see the knife out and felt that THEY were in peril, and claimed they pushed him down and attacked him in order to get him to drop the knife and remove the threat they thought he was to them?
From the laughing and taunting and yelling on the video, I don’t think the women or the boys felt threatened at all.
You’re right, the attorney did a great job. I watched the entire thing. Nick Miu needs to go free...the drunk teens that assaulted him need to go to jail.
(The attorney reminds me of Stanley Tucci.)
Yes, the attorney is amazing, gifted. New development happening right now. Jury has asked to see the video again. I think that’s a good sign. All I had to do was see the video and i knew he was innocent and it was self defense.
They also might be looking for the Ali Liston Phantom punch. The punch nobody saw but the drunk bullies. Not on video, nowhere.
I think he stumbled into them.....as he said, he had sandals on and was walking on rocks and stones.
As for the knife, they didn’t even know he had the knife in his hand when he supposedly punched the bully girl with the same hand...right hand. The defense was brilliant.....hard to punch a girl with a knife in your hand and not cut her. Possible I guess but not probable.
We all know he just pushed her away to create distance as she was up in his face cursing, threatening and shouting for him to leave. His attorney was so good........”bullies like her don’t get to tell us where to go, that’s not how it works”
From what I saw, the prosecutor should have charged the mob of yahoos for anything that happened as a result of their drunken gang conduct.
Exaclty...
Looked like a bunch of psychopaths, no empathy.Anyone tell the mob to stop it?
Lord of the Flies, River Tube Edition.
The old guy was not going to die that day, the savage bastards got everything they had coming.
Are Chris Kyle’s dad?
