here’s an idea: Give Haiti to the Swiss and let them run it. Streets would be clean, money solid, whatever makes sense from the tropical location as development the Swiss would find it. including courting secret stashes of money. Cayman islands 2.0. Make Swiss french the language.Problem would be solved.
Of course the Swiss wouldn’t want the mess. They are clean freaks.
