I think it would be ironic to see American citizens in NYC and elsewhere flock to these card dispensing places to get their free $10K then bankrupt the city/state. Delicious irony.
Yes, I know, everyone would pay as the feds bailed them out. Not today of course, for 100’s of years into the future.
They are going to need extra money when they see the price of everything skyrocket. That’s what corrupt Rats do for everything they touch.
